Coming to Mittleman Eye is a treat rather than a treatment.
I love everything about your office; the atmosphere, the people, and the great selection of glasses.
I wore glasses my entire life with a +8 prescription. But after Dr. Mittleman did my cataract surgery, I no longer wear glasses. I’m 68 years old and glasses free.
Dr. Mittleman is a breath of fresh air compared to other doctors.
I am amazed at how well the office always runs.
When I walked out of your office, I thought to myself "wow, what a really great experience that was".
I love coming to your office because everyone is so friendly and fun.
It is so nice to see intelligent people working here. The service is always exceptional and I always recommend you to others.
I have been a healthcare worker for more than 10 years, and a healthcare "customer" my entire life. I didn’t see everyone’s name tags on my first visit to your office, but without exception, all of the employees were smiling, efficient, personable and respectful. No one likes going to the doctor, and I have found a general discomfort and scary-ness of such visits are compounded by somber, chaotic surroundings, surly staff, and a "take a number" attitude that is appropriate for the Department of Motor Vehicles than a healthcare setting. This was not the case with your office. I am glad to see that you are committed to providing a pleasant healthcare experience. But most of all, as a patient, it was great to walk out of there today saying "wow, that was really nice".
